CSHARP NET FILE TAGGER

A user on some forum asked for a file tagging utility. So I was doing nothing that hour, so I decided to do a free program myself. I have included the source code as well. Feel free to use it in any means necessary. But if you have any suggestions or fixes in the source code, please email me about it. I will place it under LGPL License in sourceforge soon and as well as gotdotnet.
